Okay so i have a really bad sinus infection that is clogging up my throat and making me feell like im going to gag which is bad enough cuz im terrified of throwing up, and on top of that, i have to take meds with side effects of vomiting head ache and dhierria (idk if thats how its spelled) can anyone tell me if these side effects happen all the time while taking zithromax? do some people take it and not suffer?

Upset stomach is quite common with azyromycin aka zithromax. Happens to me all the time. Eat yogurt to bring your gut flora back to balance. It usually gets less severe over the course of the antibiotic.
