Is staying indoors too much unhealthy? If so then what can be done?
I’m 25 years old and dont really spend too much time outside of the house. I dont go out much unless I need to pay some bills or buy food or clothes. I currently do college work online and my next classes dont start until next year in january. Plus my family just recently adopted someone and I’m very happy and excitied about it but most of the time when I have him around, he will sometimes ask me what I’m going to do the next day or ask do I ever go anywhere; then I start to feel a little guilty because I feel like I need to get out and find something to do so that I wont disappoint him as a new big brother you know? The current town that I stay in isn’t very exciting nor enjoyable…Plus there isn’t really alot of interesting people to meet or talk to around here so I guess you can say that the internet is your ultimate best friend lol…Plus I also dont drive, I do have a job but I haven’t been there much ever since I went back to college cause I’m focusing more on my career. But can anyone offer any good advice for a 25 year such as myself?
